Rep. Kevin Parker takes on Rick Rydell at KXLY

Rep. Kevin Parker, R-Spokane, talked with Rick Rydell at KXLY.  Parker, who can be at turns intense and focused as well as congenial and witty, earned a tinny rim shot from Rydell after telling a joke shortly after the show kicked off.  He then got down to business, discussing the supplemental budget and the governor's introduction of new programs, saying, “He is a spender.”  Parker, who is all business but maintains his sense of humor, is definitely worth a listen.
