Rep. Kevin Parker, R-Spokane, sat down with KHQ-TV’s Sean Owsley on April 20 to discuss the 13-year anniversary of the Columbine attacks. The Spokane lawmaker was in the Littleton, Colorado high school cafeteria at the time of the attacks. He has shared his story and views on school safety since the unfortunate incident in 1999.
