Rep. Kevin Parker was at Columbine High School as a Young Life leader during the tragic shootings on April 20, 1999. He and his legislative assistant Ben Oakley, who was also at the school that day, shared their personal stories with KING 5 News for the 12th anniversary of the tragedy.
