6th District residents invited to join Parker’s telephone town hall meeting Tuesday, March 8

State lawmaker will take questions, share updates on legislative session

Residents of the 6th District are invited to participate in Rep. Kevin Parker's telephone town hall meeting Tuesday, March 8. The community conversation, which is like a call-in radio show, begins at 6:30 p.m. and will last an hour.

To participate, people should call 1-877-229-8493 and enter code 15438. Once connected, they can ask questions, take part in polls or just listen in.

“We are now at the midway point of the legislative session and it's a great time to not only hear from those I represent, but to share what's happening in the Legislature,” said Parker, R-Spokane. “Through this technology, people can be directly involved in the legislative process from their own homes. I encourage everyone to take advantage of the opportunity and call in.”

Any questions or comments before the event can be provided to Parker by calling him at (360) 786-7922 or kevin.parker@leg.wa.gov. More information can be found at his Web site at: https://houserepublicans.wa.gov/members/kevin-parker/.
